I see a lot on here about the vanilla but very little on this one. Why is that? Not available in the states or just not as good?

    I think it's brand new.

Yeah, I've seen all the Beer Geek variants (except Bourbon of course) at my local store but I've never seen (or heard) of this one. I think it's new.

    Why not the bourbon?

Bourbon is only available on the mikkeller online site.

Just the bourbon or all of the ba variants?

Only the Vanilla Shake version I think. The Bourbon / Brandy / Peated Whisky barrel aged versions of Brunch Weasel are available here in Europe on various web stores. I've not had the BA version of Vanilla Shake, but the regular is great. Bourbon Brunch Weasel was very great, but the prices are just too high compared to alternatives.

I hate Mikeller's label art and prices too much to try anything by them.

It's new. I had a few sips of one in Oslo and it's awesome. Thick, syrupy goodness.

Rich chocolate milk flavor. If you like chocolate, good chance you'll like this beer.

Mikkeller is on a rampage just now and the Beer Geek range is outstanding. In fact, I'm restocking later this week from a secret location. Open your throats Advocates.

Bourbon Vanilla was incredibly good. I'll be telling my Mikkeller source to get his hands on one for a try
