Anyone know where to get the same style of beer line that's used with the Blichmann Beer Gun? I'm pretty sure it's 3/16" ID, but it's way more soft/flexible than 3/16" Bevelex line. I experimented a little with some Bevelex, and it would be a nightmare trying to install that onto the gun before each use. TIA.
Where else but Amazon and eBay: http://www.amazon.com/White-Silicon...1367690942&sr=1-5&keywords=Tubing,+Food+Grade for eBay just search for food grade silicone tubing, multiple vendors. I use this in 3/8" and 1/2" for my mash tun and brew kettle run-offs and it holds up well. It's semi-transparent , very flexible, and comes in just about every diameter. I found it easy to connect to barbs and the BBG shouldn't be a problem. Expect to pay about 2 bucks a foot.
Lowe's or Home Depot? I know that a fellow homebrewer bought some 3/16" ID tubing at one of these stores recently. I don't know anything else about it though.
