This may be out of left field, but it just occurred to me that Grey Lady (Cisco) is a possibility. It's underhopped, but rather citrusy, with a decent yeast bite, light-bodied. It's not the best example of the style, especially not in cans. But someone who prefers things on the lighter side might enjoy it more than someone looking for malt-and-hops bombs. I'd recommend trying it before handing it off, though, and would recommend bottle over can (perhaps one of the rare cases where it makes a difference).
