Is Green Monsta my best option?

I was there last night and had a Long Trail. Didn't really hunt around though.

I haven't been to Fenway in 10 years... I wasn't even drinking beer back then!

Green Monsta did the trick. But they definatley bend you over for it $9.50 for 12oz cup. Had two and realized I could have bought a case for same amount.

Become a Twins fan move to MSP and you can drink Surly on tap at the ballpark

That's why I like to go to R.I. and see the Paw Sox. The whole night cost you less than the price of a ticket to Fenway .

Won't be an issue at Fenway come October, there won't be any beer served there.

If you are getting Monstas, I would recommend the beer stand in the bleachers nearest the CF gate. I believe it's all BMC on tap but they have Monsta cans in the cooler. This was handy during the hot afternoon games when I didn't want the sunlight hitting my beer.

That said, cheaper pregame Be Hoppy pints at Yard House were my preference.

Wine always seemed like the best deal on alcohol at Fenway.

Think Fenway was listed like 28 out of 30 on that list put together this summer. Only thing worth it is the Guinness Ice Cream float on a hot hot day.

Last time I was there I didn't even buy beer. At $9.50 for a Green Monsta I see no reason to buy something next time I go.

But then, I kinda see the Sox in the same light as I do over-priced beer. I just feel unfulfilled sitting there with something thinking that I would have rather spent the money on something else.

There's not enough beer there to numb the pain of this horrible season, so enjoy.

Beer selection is usually pretty bad as far as I can tell and downright shameful considering all the great MA beer they could offer. At the very least get a Sam Adams or Harpoon oasis setup along the lines of what Sweetwater has at Turner Field.

My last three drinks at the stadium (also read my last $30 spent there) have been:

Guinness (skip the float IMO - its $11.50 and the old Irish guy pouring them at the stand I went to looked like he wanted to punch out everyone in line ordering one)
    Goose Island Honker's Ale
    Green Monstah

If Sam Octoberfest had been something I saw I would have been all over that. I'm holding out hope that this threads brings to light a hidden craft beer stand somewhere in the park I can hit up when I go to my last game in a couple of weeks.

Saw the Twins/Indians game at Target Field in July. Had myself Furious, Bender, Hell, and Overrated at that great park.
