What are the best place for good and not so expensive beer in Leeds? Thanks, guys!

I've been to four bars there, they were all very close to the train station and they would all get varying degrees of recommendation from me.

Friends of Ham (fancy place doing lots of cheese plates and charcuterie, probably the best beer selection I found)
Tapped Leeds (decent brewpub with lots of room, many guest beers also on tap)
Bundobust (small place that does great Indian-inspired food and a good beer line up)
Leeds Brewery Tap (outlet for Leeds Brewery, more traditional and cask-focused than the others but still quite modern)

I've also heard good things about North Bar but haven't been yet myself.

I would agree with the reccomendations above, particularly Bundobust and FRAM, but here are a few more to try!

Northern Monk Taproom: a little walk from the station, but great food, their beer on tap and guests
North Bar: The first decent beer bar in Leeds, aged well and always has interesting stuff on.
Tallboys: In one of the beautiful arcades, has a bottle shop and attached tasting room, with food from Grub and Grog (same guys who cook in Northern Monk)
Shuffledog: Brewdog bar with shuffleboard and 40+ lines. Great for choice, usually only a handful Brewdogs on the board.

Loads of options in Leeds. I'd also add:

Saltaire (10 minutes from Leeds) Brewery: do a "Beer club" last Friday of the month. 13 taps of their own and a few guest beers, all @ £2 a pint.
Beer-Ritz: a bottle shop rather than a bar, but great staff and great selection of beers.

Top of the list has to be Tapped. Pizzas are awesome too.
Friends of Ham is good, but not cheap.
    Head of Steam is good.
Malt Man's Top Tip: The Angel Inn (Samuel Smith's pub) - cheap and lovely drawing-room upstairs.
Malt Man's Top Tip #2: Copper tank Pilsner Urquell in the Headrow House (expensive at £4.50 a pint, but worth it!)

Let us know how you get on!

as a regular drinker in Leeds it has to be The North Bar, it probably can lay claim to being the UK's first 'craft' Beer Bar, predating anything in London. Staff changes have made little difference to its awesomeness, they also have a couple more bars including a new one in Harrogate, and they have their own brewery. Then there is Tapped Leeds, Friends of Ham, Northern Monk Refectory all independent and all worth a visit. Whitelocks is an institution, one of the oldest pubs in Leeds center and easy to miss (but you shouldn't).
