A buddy of mine will be up in Providence (from NJ) this weekend. Are there any beers distributed to the Providence area that are not available in NJ? Any help is appreciated.
I lived in NJ a long time, and now live in Providence. I like the seekabrew route, as it's pretty on point. Maine Beer is much easier to get up here, people love Captain's Daughter and it's hard to find, but do-able if you check a few stores. Pretty Things, Jack's Abbey. Probably worth the 5-10 minute drive to MA and hit something like Yankee Spirits, they'll probably have a bunch of things not in NJ. A lot of Evil Twin, sometimes Night Shift, etc. I've been liking some of the BrewMaster Jack (Hoppiness is a Warm Pun, Little Brother) - so I'd grab a bottle at Yankee.
Grab some fool proof and captains daughter. Shelton brothers has distribution in RI as well. Drink @ Julian's, Early @ often, cook & brown for cocktails. Buy @ Nikki's and bottles.
