beer options post security SFO airport

    Does anyone know if there are any places past security @ SFO to get packaged beer; ideally something from RR or Bruery?

    There is no such place. You need to have everything put in your checked bags so do some shopping before you leave S.F.

    That's a bummer; I see there are some spots to buy wine past security-none of them also have beer?

    duty free doesn't cater to beer drinking folks. I don't even think you could talk a bar on the inside from giving you a bottle and they likely lack the selection to do so unless one of the SF area brewers has a bar of their own set up on the inside.

    If you are traveling through terminal 3 Anchor Steam has a bar there. If you ask the bartender sometimes they have bottles that are not on the menu.
