Beer Potluck

    Soon I'll be hosting a craft beer potluck at my home for the first time. Does anyone have any overall suggestions or tips?

    short ribs braised in ayinger celebrator. triple karmeliet battered shrimp.
    Saisons or tripels with triple cream cheese. blue cheese and ipa or blue cheese and barley wines.

    Oh boy I just made myself hungry!

    Oh yes...providing bbq :slight_smile: Asking everyone to bring a 6 pack of craft beer to share. Any advice for storing the beer?
