are you serious?! i think part of that problem is GI, they like most breweries, spread themselves too thin. They never seem to have enough for the home base.

I meant that the rest of them were chasing trucks! I agree. They distribute their specialty stuff in far too many markets. Supply the homefront, then expand. :|

yes and no. I try to set myself up with some really solid traders so when there is something i really want it doesnt cost me much. Thats how i got most of my personal whales...its just a give and take sometimes. Honestly ask TJBurgess, he is one of the best traders ive ever had the pleasure of trading with. There is NOTHING in my cellar that i wouldnt ship him if he just asked. i think we are up to 35 to 40 boxes, most of which are 12 bottle syrofoam shippers, with solid beers.

Well I think it is because they have commitments in other markets they have to fulfill in order to keep selling there. At least that is what it seems like. NY is a good example. Their GI stuff just sits on shelves for a while. Its sad :slight_frown:

I found that out first hand, i danced a little jig in Brooklyn when i found 3 bottles of last years Lolita sitting on the shelve. I thought i was getting punked or something.

Yeah, the gushers are not the store's fault.

It IS a big deal, and you should make a big deal of it. Demand satisfaction.
