Can someone explain the Top 250 rating system a bit? The WR column
seems to correspond (nearly) with the rAvg number on the beer page but
if so, then we have a real sleeper down at number 95 on the list. The beer called
Black Magick - Pappy Van Winkle has a rAve of 4.73 which should rate it
at about the top of the 250 Best list. Instead it appears at number 95
with a 4.36 in the WR column. What am I missing here? How does one
    read these ratings?
I am not advocating this beer, I have never heard of it, but if it's a 4.73
perhaps I had better GET some.

Thank you sir, that helps a great deal. I was not "saying" anything, just trying to
understand the rating system. I appreciate your appropriate comment.

Have you read the explanation of how the numbers are calculated at the bottom of that page? If not there's additional detail there.
