Looking to make a traditional English brown ale (All grain) I want to usa honey and maybe rosemary. Need some help in how how much to use and grain suggestions. I have local honey and rosemary so im good in that department. I have keg that i use to do my boil in, so its about 8gallons i think. this will be my first time using it.

Neither honey nor rosemary are used in "a traditional English brown ale." Are you really looking for a traditional recipe?

A restrained amount of honey in an English brown could be nice, though not traditional, and I wouldn't go overboard, maybe 5% of the gravity. Rosemary sounds gross, I'd use it on roasted potatoes rather than in a beer.
