    Hey Everyone
Looking for beer/brewery recommendations for Atlanta. Headed down to watch my alma mater play GA Tech this coming weekend, so anything I should know about around the stadium would be cool as well. And of course if anyone has wing reccomendations I would be interested to get some proper lemon peppers while down there.
    Cheers!
    Patrick

Wings start and end with JR Crickets. Also it's right next to that high school football stadium you are going to. I kid I kid. It's actually not a bad view.

Beer, around GA Tech, Torched Hop or Monday Night (west Midtown location) a little further down the road south is Halfway Crooks for crispies, down the road to the east is porter beer bar and wrecking bar (right around the corner from each other), and further further east (still accessible by Marta) is Decatur/Avondale with the Brick Store, Three Taverns, Little Cottage (must stop newest spot in ATL), Wild Heaven, and Lost Druid.

That would be my weekend in Atlanta but others will have some different suggestions, I am sure.

I am also heading down for a football game this weekend. I am staying just north of Emory, and specifically right near Emory University Hospital at Wesley Woods.

Any other recommendations beyond what @jrob21 mentioned above? It looks like Orpheus is pretty close, so I am heading there for sure. I am also planning to check out Little Cottage if I have time.

Oh yeah. Orpheus should be great this weekend. They have their anniversary going on. The tap list will be insane with tons of barrel aged stuff.

It sure was. Had a great time there on Friday afternoon. Their BBA barleywines are amazing. Some of the stouts were really good; others were just okay.
