It seems more and more like Friday is generally Short's Day in Kzoo.

Curious to how it stacks against Arcadia's B-Craft Black, the only double black I've had.

although I did like Bcraft, and im usually not a fan of arcadia, I think goodnight blows Bcraft out of the water, you are probably gonna love it!

Shorts - I love you guys and hype you up every chance I get. This was my fav brew from last year you brewed. With that said, this is good but not as great as last year. :slight_frown:

Maybe the bitterness needs to die down for a bit, but I'm just not diggin it as much as last year. Still a damn tasty brew and much much better the B. Craft from Arcadia.

Steebo, I appreciate the honesty! I drank one on draft earlier (first of the year). I feel it tasted the same as it always has. I'll have to get a six pack for a bottled opinion. Again, really appreciate the feedback. Hope it gets better for you.

    SUCCESS!! Got some this year.

I like the comparison above to Arcadia's B-Craft. They are somewhat similar in flavor (besides being the same style), but Bodacious has a little more roastiness, and I like that. The Bodacious hops are more prominent than those in B-Craft, and the hop varieties that are used in Bodacious have a flavor combination that I enjoy more. Bodacious seems to have a creamy mouthfeel too, like it's on nitro.

Pete811 above recommended above that the beer be allowed to warm up, and I agree that the flavor changes immensely. There are two very different beers here with the two different temps, but both are excellent.
