Key Lime Pie, one of our more "personally subjective" specialty brews was bottled today, and is awaiting statewide distribution. Last year, Key Lime did not make the cut- this year though, it's back, and ready to quench palates all over Michigan.

Expect this in stores as early as next week!

Key Lime Pie is made with fresh limes, milk sugar, graham cracker, and marshmallow fluff. The prominent flavors are immensely sweet, then tart, with subtle hints of graham cracker coming through in the nose and remain on the back of the palate. Key Lime Pie is a Gold Medal Winner at the 2010 Great American Beer Festival.

Damn! I am leaving the country on Tuesday

The one grocery store by my house always seems to get the new shorts releases early so maybe they'll have it on Monday!

Did Cinnabilly use the same sugar lactose? I had no trouble with Cinnabilly.. I stay away from strawberrys n creme and peaches n creme because of it..

Been looking forward to this one for quite a while now! I am in Pittsburgh and my job occasionally takes me to Michigan, but the timing isn't going to work out for me to grab Key Lime Pie myself. I did get Cinnabilly last weekend and am loving it.

Is there any kind soul in Michigan who might be willing to get me a 6-pack of Key Lime Pie, maybe in exchange for some Pennsylvania locals (Fat Head's or Victory?). Or I could just cover your costs and add a thank-you beer or two. Send a message if you can help, and thanks!

Grabbed some today and tossed a couple in the work fridge so I can crack them open when I get home.

Side note, I haven't seen any of the new mixed 12 packs and can only find the early season pack(choc wheat, earl, etc). Has anybody seen these in SW Mich?
