Beer Release (Short's Brew): Superfluid

I just got back from being out of town...any issues finding this in the Ann Arbor area?

 

A few too many extra raisins in the mix? Sounds like a happy accident to me.

 

I'm still seeing it around a variety of places, but I wouldn't wait - this one typically doesn't last very long.

I picked up a few 6-packs this week and can't wait to bust into one this weekend. One of the best and most unique DIPAs in Michigan. Probably my favorite specialty release from Short's.

 

How much are people paying per sixer of Superfluid? I paid $15 which is the most I've ever spent on it

 

I paid 15 in Grand Blanc today.

 

12.99 and 13.99 on Macomb. Tasting excellent this year. Takes some of the sting out of not finding batch 5000

 

12.99 in lansing, gotta say this is the best batch of this beer I've had!

 

I've probably said it before but I think this should be a year round offering

 

Probably one of the best beers Short's makes. There is a quality to it that I can only describe as "a softness". Don't know what it is but I love it. I second the year round-abilitliness of it.

 

Grabbed some yesterday. One of my favorite Shorts beers as well. Nice juicy DIPA.

 

Finally visited the pub this past Friday... No superfluid on tap

But, there was Raisin Apollo

 

As delicious as ever. I don't know if more is being distributed than last year, but my usual place actually had sixers out on the shelves to purchase instead of two bottle limits this year. 14.99 for six pack, or 2.85/bottle.

 

My local has had 6 cases on the floor for a week. Don't know if it is moving slow or they are re-stocking.
I got a 6 pack, and will be getting more.

 

I hope this is Short's theme for 2016. It has been nice knowing I don't have to run to my local bottle shops the day new releases get there.
