The Curl will start hitting shelves across Michigan, as early as this week!

I will say right now, our new centrifuge has helped make this a truly spectacular batch! Definitely pick up a bottle or two and see for yourself.

The Curl was one of the first Imperial beers made at Short’s. This American Pilsner has an appealing clear, bright, and golden straw color. Faint esters of grain and aromas of fresh baked bread are prominent throughout the beer. The flavor results from the abundance of flake maize used in this recipe. There are also hefty doses of hops that create a pronounced dryness that seamlessly blends into a crisp, clean finish.

    7% ABV
    50 IBU

I had this last year expecting it to only be a decent beer, since I'm never usually thrilled with pilsners...

I wound up really liking it. Really tasty beer from Short's, as usual.

Just when I think I can somehow avoid the beer store for a few days...

Short's is definitely on the list of benefits of moving to Michigan.

Or one of the drawbacks of moving away, as I can vouch for.

I will echo Sean's post about this batch. Pretty phenomenal. My six will not last long.

I didn't know what to expect from an Imperial Pilsner, but wow. Great stuff!

I can easily say now that I pretty much only need to buy Short's stuff from here on out as my main, every day drinking beer. The variety and volume just makes me so happy.

Since I'm always up for a good Shorts deal, Spartan stores (d&w) has Stroker Ace, Wit Happens and Kolsch45 for a $1 a bottle

I'm with you guys. Probably 90% of the beer I buy is Short's. Always have at least 4 six-packs on hand at all times. Leaves little time for trying new things with all these great releases. I have some Upland sours, Prairie saisons, and some bottles of Jester King I haven't had time to crack because of my Short's addiction.

This was a yummy beer, fuller mouthfeel than I expected with a nice, dank hop aroma. Love the color too, just spot-on pineapple lifesaver (the best, obviously).

This was amazing and the financee declared it her new second favorite Short's brew only to Shortscake. Well done.
