    I may change my rating and also may change my review lanaguge. Sometimes I don't delete the old language but just add to the bottom: Revisit 2016 - ..... and give a new take on it. That way the reader can see the whole story and evolution of the review.

    I try to only change my reviews if I revisit the original beer and judge it on my current knowledge and taste

    I'll change a review if I revisit the beer and my current impressions are different from the original review. And then I'll usually just add on. I do find my palate has changed since I started drinking and I've gotten better at discerning quality beers.

    When I try the beer and it's not satisfying, it usually try it again * if I can get the beer again *. You know, body conditions affects the flavor a lot.
