I currently run a Beer School training program for staff at bars, restaurants and wholesalers. I am toying with the idea of starting a Public version of the class, covering history, ingredients, processes, styles, proper service, pairings, etc etc etc. I wanted to throw it out to this group to gauge the level of interest. Well I'm not entirely sure yet. All of that is being planned out, just putting feelers out there right now. I know everyone on BA has a fair level of knowledge, and I'm wondering if this group is interested in more.
