Pig Factory seemed fairly unique, I don't know that I've ever had a lactose dosed IPA/IIPA

I hope this sees some MA distribution. Enjoying one now at Proletariat in NYC and it’s outrageous: Somebody on Untappd said “cheesecake” and that’s freakishly accurate. Pastry stout haters beware.

Firestone Walker XXI dropping around Boston today. Fort Point Market and CBC Fenway have it.

I went to Other Half the other day. I would say that the majority of their beers on draft and the only can available were Lactose infused. Boo!

I'm a bit of a Firestone fanboy. I love the 12 oz format for these releases. Makes me feel a bit better about buying two.

Had the Solarys last night. It was actually really good. I gave it a 4.25. I suck at describing flavors so I won't even try.

I should have been more clear that it was their IPA/PAs that were lactose infused...and maybe one of the stout/porters, but they have a few other styles, including a solid pilsner that was not (of course).

Anyone spot firestone walker XXI around? They had it at fort point market but like most things there it sold out really quickly.

Untold brewing has started canning. I picked up a four pack of East By Northwest at Blanchards in Marshfield, think it was 14.99. Solid beer that straddles the WCIPA NEIPA fence

Found some September-aged Captain's Daughter at Cambridge Wine and Spirits. Not sure that is what you mean by 'find'.

Found Anchor's coffee porter last night at southington wine and spirits for 10.99. Love their regular porter. Excited to try it. Not sure I have ever seen it before.

I bought some Captain's Daughter this fall and it was diacytel mess - scared me from ever buying it again. I remember loving it the first time I had it.

sad that they still have diacytel issues. that's why i stopped buying CD 2+ years ago. Had it once when it first came out and thought it was a great mosaic beer. next several purchases had very noticeable diacytel, so i gave up.
