I'm heading out to Bethlehem in a week, is there any beer stores in the surrounding areas that have a good selection I should know about to bring home?

Shangy's is fairly close in Emmaus - if you're looking for quantity, they're probably the best distributor (volume-wise) in the whole region. Cases only, though.
+1 on Abe's...its definitely your best bet for the area. The bar across the street has a pretty good bottle/draft list and a pretty good food menu if you're looking for someone where drink as well.
Abe's is the best bottle shop I've ever been to anywhere as far as selection goes. The prices can be a bit high sometimes, but they're typically not outrageous. PA prices tend to be high everywhere I go.
