Beer Statistics Summary Table

    There's a table for forum statistics. Would it be possible to create a Beer Statistics summary table, say in the beers section, possibly as part of the Top Beers location or the Beers of Fame page, that would tally up such things as the total number of beers in the database, the total number of reviews or hads or both, etc.? Maybe including something like the 10 most frequently reviewed beers on the site, the most highly rated beer in each style, etc. etc? Forum statistics have interest value to some folks. Beer statistics would probably have greater interest value to some others.

    I agree - I thought that info used to be available (or at least a subset of it including the total number of beers). Would like to see similar information about Places as well.

    Total number of beers/places and ratings were once displayed, but that sort of broad data on its own is meaningless. So we pulled it at the time to save some resources.

    We do plan on eventually adding more in-depth stats.

    I totally agree with beer statistics as well. Very useful.
