Will be traveling in Europe mid May through Mid June. Visiting Vienna, Melk, Passau, Regensburg, Kenheim, Nurmburg, Bamburg, Pothensburg, Wertheim, Offenbrauh, Koblenz, Cologne, Amsterdam, Brussels, Ghent. Any recommendations as to where are the best spots to enjoy a beer and a bite?
    Thanks,

If you're in Cologne, you shouldn't miss Düsseldorf just 30 miles north for their great Altbeers! Let me know when you're in the area of Cologne and we can meet for a beer.

Koblenz is not a real good beer-town. Not too far away, on a very beautiful spot, is http://www.klostermachern.de which also brews nice beers.

    Enjoy your time here!!

Let me know when you visit Amterdam. There are some cool places like Brewery t IJ, In de Wildeman, Het Arendsnest. near Amsterdam in Haarlem you have 't Uiltje Brewpub or Brewery De Molen in Bodegraven.

My wife and I are actually coming to Amsterdam for a few days (vacation) on May 13th. We've never been there before, we are big beer fans, especially of extra hoppy stuff, DIPAs, etc.
