Oades Big Ten Party Store would be a good place to visit. They have a great beer selection, so you should be able to find what you are looking for. I always stop in there when I'm in East Lansing. They sell pretty much everything by the individual bottle too, so it's great for making mixed 6-pks and trying stuff you haven't had before.

Hopcat is due to open in East Lansing in about a month or so with 100 craft brews on tap. Tom's Party Store at 2778 East Grand River has a nice selection as well.
horrocks out the west sideof lansing has an excellent selection. might be the best in the area. also check the rainbow party store on old 27.
