I live in PA, and my friend who lives in Hollywood is coming to visit at the end of July. He's not really into craft beer, but I was thinking of asking him to pick up some West Coast beer for me. I'm interested in RR sours, Alpine, Lost Abbey, Pizza Port, Deschutes, HOTD, FW, and other stuff that I can't get over here. Any help as to where he might be able to find any of the above without going too far out of his way (if at all) would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
Off the top of my head - K&L Wine on Vine Cap N Cork - on Hillhurst in Los Feliz Bevmo in West Hollywood
K&L, Wally's, and BevMo have searchable websites. Salvation is currently at the Hollywood K&L. Always include "Brewing" when searching "Russian River" at a wine store website or you will be sorry.
oaks gourmet is also worth checking out, as well as bill's liquor in atwater village. he's likley to find all of the ones you mentioned at either except for alpine. bill's has more of a selection though.
Glad to see Cap n Cork getting some love. I always forget to mention them, but always walk out happy when I go there.
