Anyone have a clever, funny or smart idea for a name of a beer store? I plan on opening one up in southern Oregon next year and can't decide on a name. A few I've came up with are: Beertopia, Beervana, Beer-Mart, Buzzin' Beers, Bumble Beers, Beer Hunter, Beer Keeper, The Beer Garden, Growlin' Beers. What do you think?
You could go with brewing equipment and call it the Mash Tun or the Brew Kettle. You could do a movie play on words and call it the Malt-ese Falcon or Yeast of Eden. You could do the minimalist one-word restaurant name thing and call it Ferment or Sparge. If you like any of these ideas, please contact my lawyer.
The Grown-ups Candy Shoppe. Honestly though, I think the name is irrelevant. Look at Super Deli-Mart, Norms Market, and Bottleworks. Pick something short and that fits well on T-shirts, pint glasses, etc. Don't get too cute.
