I just recently moved to Centennial near the Streets of Southglenn (Arapahoe and University) and was hoping some fellow BA's could recommend a few good stores to visit. I got spoiled living a couple minutes from Mile High wine & spirits which is the Best!
Heritage and Incredible are the first 2 that come to mind. Also Davidsons isn't too far from you. I'm sure there's others.
I live by Dry Dock and University. I hit up Davidsons because its close and Lukas because its better. Lukas is the best one down here. I can't really think of anything Mile High gets that Lukas doesn't. Plus I picked up a 09 BA Yeti there yesterday
Although I haven't seen anything in there in months, Grapes next to whole foods used to be a hidden gem that things would sit at for a while
Beer is on the mind...haha. I think you meant Dry Creek. Also, you're the one that got that BA Yeti...I was looking for it in the mass chaos, but I still walked out with some gems. Cheers! To the OP, Lukas has a great selection. Probably a bit better than Mile High...but it's a bit farther than the others I mentioned from Arapahoe and University. Still, it's worth your time if you find yourself in the Park Meadows area.
I mainly at Lukas which is more in Lone Tree, but in Centennial I shop Heritage. I've learned that if you're looking for something in particular at Heritage, you might have to ask for it.
Definitely. Lone Tree isn't too far from there and there's a place supposedly opening off of Arapahoe and Lima near Fire Bowl, but there isn't too much outside of Potts/Rock Bottom down there.
Parry's pizza has a hell of a tap list. And their pizza seems to be getting better each time I eat there.
I drove past this location last week and their banner wasn't up any more and the place looks as empty as it always did. Anyone know anything about Blue Spruce Brewery?
Parry's Pizza is opening another location that will be in Greenwood Village at the corner of Holly and Orchard. That location will be part of the Avery One Big Ass Takeover.
Parrys tap list is always good but the food has no where to go but up. I'd take the family there once a week if the pizza wasn't so bad. I may give it another shot soon.
aww. I like their menu, including their pizza! build a calzone is my favorite. I'm there about once a week.
I was of the same opinion for a while. The castle Rock location has been making some decent pies lately. I don't order the specialty pizzas simply because they get center loaded and soggy.
