I am going out to Indiana in a few weeks and I was wondering if any Indiana BA's out there could point me in the direction of a good bottle shop near Nappanee. Having never been to that area I have no idea how easily FFF can be acquired, but I am looking for a shop that carries some of their beers. Also, any idea on prices/availability of Dreadnaught and Alpha King in that area? Thanks!

Nappanee is not a good place for beer....If you do not want to go up into Elkhart/South Bend I would suggest The Chalet Party Shoppe in Goshen,or Service Liquors in Warsaw. Both are a bit of a drive. I am sure Nappanee has a liquor store of some sort, not sure what you can find there. The two places I mentioned usually have a decent FFF selection.

This is the first time I have ever seen Napanee come up On BA. I grew up the next town over, and the closest thing would be one of the Chalet Party Shops. The odd thing is, they all tend to have different stuff. If your just looking for FFF, the one on 19, which runs through Napanee into Elkart, tends to have some. At least it used to. 2501 Napanee street. If you go to Sourh Bend City Wide is a pretty good one. I think there 2 locations. As said before that area doesn't get a lot. Other than maybe Indianapolis, distro is pretty lacking

Ok, I may just check both Goshen locations. I am hoping for some of the easier to get FFF, but also any really good beer from the region that I can't get in PA. Any specific brands I could expect to come across would be helpful, so I can do a little research ahead of time.

Dont know what PA distro is like, but you can easily get all of the SW MI beers where you will be, Dark Horse,Arcadia,Founders,Bells etc. You will also see Mad Anthony out of Ft Wayne,And Mishawaka Brewing beers, but I would pass on those unless you are a ticker. The two stores I mentioned above usually have something interesting, and they are both a quick(1/2 hour or less),easy, rural drive from Nappanee.

Ok. I'm certainly not a ticker, just in search of the good ones. We get a pretty good distribution here including all the Bell's and Founders, and a limited amount of Arcadia and Dark Horse. I hope to see some FFF and maybe some DH Plead the Fifth on the shelves. Any Arcadia beers you recommend?

Look for Arcadias Bourbon Barrel Aged Shipwreck Porter.
