That's complete crap that somebody would steal that, but there's no telling what people will do now a days

 

And tomorrow he'll return it back to OP's doorstep.

 

They have been making me sign for the package the 2-3 few months. Before that, they just dropped it and left.

 

First off, there is a special place in hell where beer swipers should be sent that is on fire and has only Natty light to drink.
At least your club is making good on the lost shipment.
All beer shipments in my area have all come with adult signature required, but they have also all been by FedEx
UPS can do some boneheaded moves, just the other day they showed up at 7pm, couldnt find someone to sign for a signature required delivery package so they just left 25K worth of ordered equipt. on the street side overnight.

 

Just be happy that some local teenagers are having the time of their lives out in the woods, getting cocked on sours and high abv imperial stouts.

 

Something similar happened to me once. I was getting ready to take the CPA exam a few years ago. The Becker's Review material (which was over $1000) was shipped to me and confirmed delivered per the UPS website but I did not get it. So I called UPS and Becker's to try to figure out what to do. However, the next day an open box of $1000 worth of CPA study material was placed on my doorstep. I guess the thief was not interested in a career in accounting.
