I'd appreciate the help, this is what I've got so far. Maybe it's too much? It will be for about 10 people and I have some Belgian sours & American wild ales I'd like to add, but not sure where to pu them. The range of tasters are pretty new to beer so I don't want to overwhelm them, but want to give them a range of good beers.

My full cellar list can be seen here if you have other beer combination recommendations:

Hmm, that's a lot of beer (18 bottles) for 10 people, especially people who don't drink a lot of beer. I'd say only do it if you have a good amount of food and spread it out over a long period of time. But considering the strength of those beers, I would definitely cut 4 or 5 off the list.
Put the Belgian non-sours first, then the stouts, then the sours, then the IPAs.

Well 7 (of the 10) guys are the same that helped down these 18 bottles earlier this year for a friends birthday:

We did have a full meal during it as well.

For 10 people it doesn't seem like much at all. Some of them being 12 oz bottles too. I'm sure the Stoic will be dumped anyways.

With ipa's i like to space them out between saison, sour, stout since too many big ipas in a row is tough to pick up the differences between them if you start with something real hoppy. If it were me i would use the ipa's as part of your palate cleanse and then eat/drink water and repeat.

Thanks all for your help, I think I'll go Belgians/Stouts/Sours and mix in an IPA in-between, we'll see how it goes.
