I'm hosting a tasting tonight and would like a second opinion on the tasting order:

    1) Weihenstephaner Original Premium (Munich Hells Lager) 5.1%
    2) Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier (Hefeweizen) 5.4 %
    3) Ayinger Oktoberfest (Marzen) 5.8%
    4) Youngs Double Chocolate Stout (Sweet Stout) 5.2%
    5) Rochefort 10 (Quad) 11.3%
    6) Sierra Nevada Northern Hemisphere (American IPA) 6.7%
    7) Lindemans Framboise (Fruit Lambic) 2.5%

Here is my logic: In general I ordered the beers from lowest to highest ABV. However, I modified the order based on beer flavor profile (crisp to malty to hoppy to sour). The ones that gave me the most trouble were beers 4, 6, and 7. The others seem pretty straight forward.

Any tweaks or complete revamps (if I am way off base somewhere) are welcome.

Your order looks pretty good to me! That being said, this is the way I would do this tasting!
    1) Weihenstephaner Original Premium (Munich Hells Lager) 5.1%
    2) Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier (Hefeweizen) 5.4 %
    3) Ayinger Oktoberfest (Marzen) 5.8%
    4) Sierra Nevada Northern Hemisphere (American IPA) 6.7%
    5) Youngs Double Chocolate Stout (Sweet Stout) 5.2%
    6) Rochefort 10 (Quad) 11.3%
    7) Lindemans Framboise (Fruit Lambic) 2.5%

    Cheers!
