    Hey, I will not be going to the event. But, I just wanted to say, I stopped in on Saturday and I had a great experience. Whoever was working was very friendly and helped me out a lot, and even took the time to point out what direction Hot Doug's was in.

    Thanks again The Beer Temple. Will have to stop by again my next time through Chicago.

    That was Aaron who helped you. He's great. We're very lucky to have him as part of the team....Now if he could only get his butt in gear and take the Cicerone exam! :wink:

    I was there on Saturday as well. Aaron was very helpful and informative. Great selection, I can see why you guys came so highly recommended by everyone I talked to. I will be sure to stop by anytime I visit and recommend you guys to others. Cheers!

    P.s. I left you a couple bottles, hope Aaron didn't keep them all for himself. Enjoy and let me know what you think.

    Couple ppl sitting in their cars. As of 1045ish 2 guys standing at the front door. Friend and I are sitting at Square Bar having a few before we head over.

    got my ticket. something around 45-50 people at opening and i'm 99% sure that everyone in line was able to get one. limit was one per.

    Just got back showed up at around 11:20. Was able to score first session and the last BA Jones Dog.
    Think it was 30 tickets per session.
    And yes, It was a Mad house.
    Props to Aaron for handling the lines, helping customers and still manning the register.
    They Just posted Tickets are gone

    Next Sunday is going to be epic !!!!
    tinypyramids, which session did you get I forgot to ask.

    Going to try to get Tickets for DLD, that's the plan so far.
    Beer Temple wasn't a Mad house in a bad way, pretty calm just a lot of people.
    I would say it went smooth.

    And Beerlsitman, there were no Actual tickets, he just took your name down. So I don't think you could transfer them.

    I had the exact same thought after reading that response. "Madhouse" def wasn't the right word to describe it at all. Good amount of ppl that were very chill and respectful. Glad everyone that was there when the store opened got a tic. See u guys next Sunday

    They've done multiple IP sales the last 2 years so if they do sell some tomorrow there's a good chance you'll have other opportunities.

    I've got group B for tomorrow and I can't wait. Gonna be an awesome event. Any word on the rest of the tap list?

    I don't remember if the tickets are transferable to another person or not, but if they are then I can offer my Group A ticket up to someone. Came down with a bad cold this weekend and just wont be able to drink beer. BM me if interested.
