Here is why this thread,although a great idea, will collapse. Each person is only concerned with their local availability, which won't match other peoples availability. That's why on my few turns in this thread I did national beers, only to see it collapse a few answers later when some easterner put hyper local beers against each other, or highly limited beers against each other. That, in a microcosm, is why craft beer can only go so far with this "I drink locals only" attitude. AB/Inbev will always win with this thought process. They make lousy, but highly consistent beers, available everywhere.
