I've had a few different homebrews burst upon opening, as well as multiple store bought beers. Just this Thanksgiving we had a cork from a sour bomber almost bust a hole in the ceiling, and proceeded to spill out half it's tart goodness. What great beers have you lost to the likes of beverage terrorism? What are some of the funniest/strangest moments you've had with these beer bombs?
I was doing a beer tasting at Total Wine, we had a rack of 22 oz bottles to my right....there were about 8 people at the tasting bar, when a 750-ml corked bottle of Adriaen Brouwer exploded with no warning....I was convinced three of my customers shit their pants...it made a hell of a bang, the whole bottom blew off
