A plethora of imports (mostly German, but some more available sours like Lindemans Cuveé René), anything Sierra Nevada, anything New Glarus, the Goose Island Belgians, non-limited Three Floyds, Bells Two-Hearted, and, my personal favorite, Great Lakes Eliot Ness (though really, anything from Great Lakes can go here).

Be sure to get your fill soon, my local said that our most recent shipment will likely be the last one for a while :slight_frown: then again, I wouldn't doubt that they keep it around Chicago if any Midwest city (I'm in East St. Louis)

All of Sierra Nevada's year-round and limiteds, but Torpedo and pale ale always
Founders Red's Rye when it's here, Centennial and Dirty Bastard are usually in the fridge, too
    Schlafly's rotating IPAs
Bells 2 Hearted is usually on hand, but I only buy a 6 or two per month
    Lotta Lagunitas
Boulevard's Smoke-stack series and limited releases
Any Green Flash, Firestone Walker, or Ballast Point IPAs if they're <2mo. old

Karbach is my favorite brewery. I buy everything new of theirs that shows up here in Bryan-College Station, and I'm on about a 1 trip/2 months pace to the actual brewery. My fridge has at least one Karbach brew in it perpetually. Water, eggs, bread and Karbach = constants.

For almost a full year now I've been hard at trying and reviewing new beers, and the newness *is* super fun. But I've been serious about keeping a running list of my personal Top 250 (about Top 25-30 right now). Below is the top of that list, and I very much consider these "go-to" beers. My fridge ALWAYS has something from this list in it:

    Karbach Sympathy for the Lager
    Karbach Weekend Warrior
    Chimay Red
    Rochefort 6
Samuel Smith Old Brewery Pale Ale
    Samuel Smith Nut Brown Ale
    Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout
    Anchor Steam
    Anchor Liberty Ale
    Duvel
... and various seasonals from Karbach (Love Street, Mother in Lager), Sierra Nevada (Summerfest, Celebration), Brooklyn (Summer Ale)

I rotate HEAVILY. There are so many awesome beers out there and so many people making them. Half the fun is trying something new. Sierra Nevada Stout is one of the only beers I've bought six packs of with any regularity, and even still that probably only means a case a year or so.

MGD (and I'm really not kidding.) Easy to find, cheap, and, believe it or not, I do enjoy the taste (or really lack thereof.)

It looks like SN has a huge following (not surprised). I, too, buy SN Pale Ale quite regularly. I also go quite local and keep a stock of Uinta Cutthroat Pale Ale (only available in Utah only) on hand too. Those are my main go to beers. During the warmer months I usually have Full Sail Session Lager and Uinta Kolsch style ale on hand (along with SN Pale and Cutthroat Pale), along with Bohemian Czech style pils. These are all universally good beers that people can share and enjoy together.

Great picks! I echo you. I try to find new beers to try, too, especially here in China (which where I currently live). There are many German imports that I have never seen in the States.
