    The bruery white oak... Not what I expected, and yes, quite "hot" but as a fan of bourbon (I.e., high alcohol), I like it. And now discovering that the non-barrel-aged component wasn't a wheat wine, my taste perception makes sense. quite delicate actually. Would have again!

    Fresh is amazing, albeit a bit hot. A little age will do some wonders to it.
