BeerFly suggestion - Bar feature lists (wikis)

BeerMenus has something similar to this, but for most cities it's very tiny/non-existent and barely updated. I thought with the larger and more active community here on BA that it could be implemented better here. It could also cut down on repetitive threads in the forums like "Where in (insert city here) can I get a growler filled?"

I figure at a minimum it could be applied to all the cities that have separate Beer Guide pages (for example in PA that would be Pittsburgh and Philadelphia). Basically, it would be a section on those Beer Guide pages of user-editable wikis that are lists answering common questions about certain bar features in those areas. Examples could be -

"Places that allow smoking"
"Places that do not have televisions"
"Places that fill growlers"
"Bars that also do take-out beer"

The regional beerfly guide user for each area could have final approval over each new list added (like they currently do with places added).
