Kinda strange to me that there's hardly any mention of event on here? Does everyone on here tend to avoid these huge events? IJS
I think there were a few missteps the first couple of years which likely turned most BAs off. From what I recall brewers aren't pulling out any stops with special offerings. I went last year and had an OK time; Oracle was the only beer I remember having there that was harder to find on a shelf. Lot of Lincoln Park types getting drunk.
While I wouldn't say the price is right, there are a few beers worth noting at this event. I went last year (for free thankfully) and got some black note, bcbcs 11, bcbs, Utopias, oracle, dosvadaynia from destihil, haymarker indignant along with some decent stuff. It's no fobab, but beer geeks will find some good pours either way.
