I just wanted to note here that the Beermania website/shop appears closed. Their site has been down for several days; the beermania.be URL just gets a 1/2 page of error code. Shame if so, they were Belgian based, has a good range and prices and were one of the dwindling number of continental beer shops still shipping to the UK.
Apparently they are still in business, but via Facebook they told me that it's simply that their website has been hacked.
Im missing my German beer fix. Are there any companies that deliver to the UK now at reasonable prices??
(1) Independent Wine, Craft Beer & Spirits Shop in Brighton – Seven Cellars have a few decent German and Belgian beers. Friendly people, shipping fast.
https://www.tremblingmadness.co.uk/ and Beersofeurope.co.uk both do a broad range of German beers at what I'd call sensible prices. Both are UK based so you can be confident what they list can we got to your place without uncertainties re: customs etc. I have repeat ordered cases (of self-picked singles) at a time from both. As long as they continue to stock new interesting beer that'll continue. https://www.belbiere.com is one I'm watching closely. They even quote a delivery charge specifically to the UK but you can't input a UK address for delivery. (Maybe more FR, NL, BE than DE beers, I don't recall). Beermania - hopefully it was just a hack and they get through it, as I got a lot of good stuff from them too. I've not listed others that I consider unreasonably more-$ than the above.
