Just think of it as a bar price... Not that it takes the sting away :/

Beer Geek Weasel Cognac was expensive but one of the best beers I've had.

Cigar City has Cognac Barrel Aged Church on a Hill. That beer used to be one of the best ever but recently it has fallen off a cliff. I really hope they do that one again.

I just picked up this one, but haven't had it yet - http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/23031/106415/

Cognac BA George, which people mentioned, is really tasty but expensive. Dark Lords are pretty unobtainable it seems, along with Church on a Hill.

Early next year, Clown Shoes is releasing a Cognac Barrel Aged Barleywine - can't wait for that one.

I didn't even realize that was cognac barrel aged when I had it. A friend shared this gem and I was blown away, I always forget about this one until it pops up in a thread like this.

Yeah, it's amazing what 2 years in a Grosperrin barrel will do to some Lambic. I've got a bottle I've been holding onto for a little while now and this topic REALLY makes me want to whip it out soon.
