Beers and Breweries in the DC Area

    This August, I will be moving to the Washington DC area to complete a graduate degree. Although I will be likely swamped in books and papers, I may have time for a beer or two now and then. Are there are any popular beers and breweries that anybody can recommend?

    Following.... I'll be in DC next week for work, and have nights to check some beer spots. Planning on Churchkey, but also looking for suggestions of other spots to hit. Will be staying navy yard-ish, and likely on foot/uber so, relatively close in suggestions would be helpful
