Temperature and weather don't really interfere with my beer drinking. I'm just as happy drinking IPAs and Saisons in the winter as well as Imperial Stouts in the summer, in fact, to celebrate arriving in Hawaii I drank a 4pk of Ten Fidy on a black sand beach on the Big Island.

I would prefer not to but it's inevitable. Mainly, for the share groups and friends. It's Florida, what are you going to do, right? Turn down the AC or wait for the Fall.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I'll also piggyback on what @TongoRad said about higher-gravity beers being more enjoyable under cooler conditions. Plus, we don't really observe regular seasons here in California. Our seasons are Hot, Earthquake, Fire and Cold.

That said, I do enjoy observing the tradition of seasonal beers. I love a good Winter Warmer during the holidays, Oktoberfest biers during Oktoberfest, pumpkin beers during October / November… I like to celebrate holidays. House tradition states I drink a bottle of The Bruery's Autumn Maple every Thanksgiving and Saison de Lente every Easter (that is before it's untimely discontinuation and replacement by Or Xata), Port Brewing's Barrel-Aged Santa's Little Helper on Christmas, and Calicraft's Buzzerkeley on New Year's Eve (fermented with champagne yeast; it's festive!).

I am drinking a stout right now. Weather doesn't influence what I drink.
