I think you might fail on this. What was is no longer and what still is is current

I actually like Steel Reserve and have been looking to try this even though I know exactly what the outcome will be. Guessing standard Steel Reserve base mixed with what tastes shockingly sweet berry juice that will have you sloppy drunk. This will eventually turn into a pounding headache because of the cheap malt liquor and added sweetness. I will feel oddly regretful and dirty upon waking up but happy I tried it.

Back on topic, I actually liked the '90s as well. Since I was under 21 back then, my beer memories from the decade are Rolling Rock, Hoegarden, Tsingtao, Heineken, and an occasional Corona. Maybe some Mike's Lemonade too. Never tried it myself, but if you can get your hands on some Zima you have to do it.

I seem to recall the early 90's Molson and Moosehead being particularly sought after as go to beers in our neck of the woods, Tennessee.

Dos Equis Dark (Amber). I'm sure the Most Interesting Man In The World drank it in the 90's.

Natural Light in 12oz cans. $7.56 a case at most Supermarkets in NH seven days a week, no tax, no deposit and easy to split across several dorm rooms as to avoid the dreaded "central source"

Without Pete's Wicked Ale, IMHO the closest thing to 90's "craft" beer that you can still buy today would be Gordon Biersch, Sierra Nevada or Samuel Adams. I'm not sure but maybe Anchor? I think Lagunitas was founded in 1993 so that's 90's-esque. For some reason, I think most beer savvy people were drinking lots of Bass Pale Ale back then and experimenting with Black and Tans though.
