When the question is one brewery, or three breweries, I don't get it when people include runners up / honourable mentions. When we have ten to play with I really don't get it.... you're supposed to make the "hard" choice here folks. In no particular order mine would be:

I really don't get why so many people have goose island on their list, they only produce one beer of particular note (BCS) and they're sellouts to AB-inBev. The rest of their lineup is either just passing for the style or overpriced (seriously, $20 for a sour that doesn't even compare well to the belgian stuff?).
