OK, so I haven't been paying much attention lately & it seems I may have missed a few beers that I really wanted to try. Anybody seen these around in the past few days languishing on shelves?

Bell's Wheat Love (dammit I love wheatwines, how did I not know about this?)
    De Proef/Cigar City Tropical Tripel
    Widmer Wine Aged Old Embalmer

Any assistance would be appreciated, & I'll be all over the appropriate Twitter accounts so this doesn't happen again. Zanks.

You guys are killing me with kindness. Life intervened & beer hunting will have to resume for me tomorrow. Leave one or two for me at these places!

You may want to try a single on Wheat Love first, if you can find anybody selling singles. It is listed here as a wheatwine, but is nothing at all like any wheatwines that I have had. It is more like an imperial hefeweizen.

One of the few imperial hefes I've had is New Glarus' Dancing Man, which I love to death, so if it's anything like that, bring it on!

True, not much like a wheat wine at all. Very tasty, but very much a hefeweizen. Worth a try. I picked up a single, back when it was released, at Booze Mart.

Not sure where has this but damn man I had this on tap at Barley Johns on my birthday in August (was sort of a surprise) and was floored. Very good beer.
