I have to go with HotD Dave. Was just getting into beer, chillin with Alan at the old locale and tasting all his on tap beers. Offered it to me for $80 and I just couldn't do it because I had just been laid off...I probably could've done it and gotten through that week with Ramen and Mac n' Cheese...stupid stupid Ryan.

This past December I stumbled across several 4-packs of BCBS just sitting on the shelf. Apparently they had been there a few days already. I knew it was a "good" beer, but didn't realize exactly how good (I'm still learning here). Each bottle was $6, which was way more than I had ever paid for a beer, so I heavily debated even buying one - I actually brought the bottle to the register with the rest of my purchase, changed my mind and put it back, and changed it a second time thinking that it would be a "one time splurge". Unfortunately I waiting several months to drink it, because had I drank it that day I would have raced back and bought every single other bottle. I'm still kicking myself for that.

    Founders Devil Dancer. I wasn't paying $23 for a 4 pack.

I really wanted to buy a JP La Roja today but I balked at the $13 price. I love JP's beers but I don't think I've ever gotten myself to pull the trigger on a bottle. I picked up yet another Weyerbacher Blasphemy for $7.99 and called it a day.

Supplication is fantastic, but I can't fathom paying $30 for a bottle.

Cognac Church on a Hill when it was on letspour the other day. I stared at it for about 2 minutes and when I went to pull the trigger it had already sold out. Was bummed but I put that $30 towards a BA Naked Evil and Behemoth at a local shop so all is well in the end.

Don't feel too bad - I had some and wasn't that impressed. Certainly not worth the price.

Ruination 10. Too many other beers came out at the same time and wiped all my funds.

This one I would have been a little upset if I missed. Was really good.
