    I personally love rogue irish style lager. Crisp, smooth, and a ton of apple flavor all around, but especially in the finish. The best black and tan I've had was with it.

    @pwdbyhops I have a beer made by Hardywood Park Craft Brewery called Goldrush. It is a collaboration with a delicious Richmond cidery called Blue Bee. Its a Petit Manseng barrel aged saison refermented with unpasturized goldrush cider. I could send it your way for something in return of course. 357ml corked and caged.

    If you dont mind including ciders... I would consider Virtue Percheron. It is an oaked cider pitched with brett. Its quite goood!

    If I were to go with a cider, this might be the one. Will have to look back through this thread and see if anyone has mentioned a cider that could compete with this one.

    It's a bit pricey and since it was a one-off, I don't know how many bottles are left, but St. Bernardus Abt 12 Oak Aged was aged in apple brandy barrels. I don't know how appley it is since I haven't opened my bottle yet, but it's a good suggestion.

    Rushing Duck also makes Cuvee De Orange County, and apple juice is an ingredient.

    I live in apple country and a local cidery, Bad Seed, uses Belgian ale yeast to ferment.

    An apple saison brewed last year, it is retired so might be hard to get.

    Unibroue Ephemere Pomme is an excellent Apple based beer from a world-class brewery. Do yourself a favour and pick it up if you can get your hands on it.
