Beers with Rosemary

Pretty Things Babayaga. This beer can be bought in NY and it's an autumn seasonal (I do not recall if a batch was released yet or not), but don't expect a heavy handed rosemary addition.

 

Got some results on google if your interested. My brother would brew with spruce, always liked the result.

 

Dogfish Head/Stone/Victory - Saison Du Buff is made with parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme

 

Saint Somewhere's Saison Athene is awesome. Try to make sure the bottle's somewhat fresh though since it doesn't age well.

 

Lost Abbey 10 Commandments for sure. One of their better beers, IMO.

 

Lickinghole Creek in Virginia did a Rosemary Saison that was quite delicious.

Jester King Hibernal Dichatamous. Fascinating beer.

 

Most that I can think of are really not that readily available.

 

I think grut beers have rosemary among other things, maybe she would like that. North peak made one, I know there are others, just dont know about them.

 

Babyaga uses a small amount of rosemary smoked malt, not sure how much raw rosemary flavor you'd get from that.
