Beers Worth The Hype.

RR Supplication blew me away.

 

I think Pliny wasn't worth the hype but Heady Topper definitely deserves the hype. Also think it's different peoples preference in IPAs that one chooses one of these over the other. I prefer the more citrusy IPA that Heady knocks dead and Pliny was more of the onion piny IPA.
KBS also deserves the hype. Delicious beer.

 

Pliny The Elder is worth the hype. It's not worth buying on e-bay, but it IS as good as they say.

And every January when there's a million Hopslam threads, I don't get annoyed. I understand why..

 

Like so many others...Heady Topper. I went into drinking my first Heady Topper with high hopes and boy was I not let down.

I can't speak to what beers are worth the hype, but I can say that there are these two little beers that most people haven't heard of that never get any hype. They're called Pliny and Heady. Maybe we should hype them up a bit.
