Hard to believe, but the hops on Bigfoot don't really fade heavily for 4 years or so. I recent did a vertical, and the bitterness was still there until we got to the 2011 and earlier bottles. You may still not like it, but it does eventually sweeten up. I enjoy Bigfoot, but I agree with you that it's aggressively bitter in a way I don't generally associate with barleywines. Old Ruffian is like that also.

Citrusenesis was gold for my palette. Crazy drinkable hoppy OJ. Whats not to like?

de Garde all the way. To offensively tart to me. My buddy adores them, and last time we were in Tillamook we stopped by. Nice people, lovely atmosphere, beer too tart to finish. That being said I love their philosophy on pricing and wish them success.

I don't get sours. Kudos to those who do. one day I might too. I used to not get IPAs let alone imperials, now I get them quite well and quite often. As often as possible, in fact.

    All pumpkin beers, except Schlafly.

    Any Gose.

    DuClaw Sweet Baby Jesus.

I would have to agree with Two Hearted as well. My higher rating of it was based off having it on draft. Had a couple of fresh bottles and it just wasn't the same beer.

I am with you on SBJ and a good majority of the DuClaw line-up as well.

Every Belgian tripel. If it wasn't for lambics I'd say I didn't get pretty much all Belgian beers. Put me down for all pumpkin beers and Christmas beers as well.

I honestly haven't enjoyed Heady much the last few times I've had it.

Ooooh yeah...that thing is as boozy as it gets without a decent nose or taste...too bad when the Dave iterations are so solid

Most Ninkasi beers. It's seems like all their ales are over hopped. Oh a vanilla oatmeal stout? Let's blast it with hops! Although I've been into their Lux German Helles style lager.
