I know I've turned down GI Prop & Bramble Rye in trade offers from regulars. I've been working on a nice blues song bout the regret...

Now if I had passed on Lunch or another one I'd really regret that, but I've never seen em. And your definitely right that other stuff collects dusts, especially at $7 for 16.9 oz bottle, so just one more reason to pass on them.

I had a chance to trade a Pappy 23 Eclipse 1:1 for a DQ 750. At the time this seemed like a reasonable trade because the Eclipse had major wale status and DQ had only about the same, but I was hunting for Wooden Hell and wanted to use my Eclipse to get that trade done.

Although I got the Wooden Hell and I have had DQ three times since, I still have a bottle of Pappy 23 Eclipse that I would gladly trade for a DQ 750.

Peche 'n' Brett. Offered one, passed due to the price and lack of familiarity with it. I know, I'm an idiot

Regrets? Nah. The closest thing that I have to a regret was not realizing that the draft menu at Sergio's in Louisville was printed on both sides until I was getting up to leave.

Passed on HF Elaborative #1 bottles
This was when Hill Farmstead was cash only....and it came down to Prolegomena or Elaborative. I don't regret my choice, just that I didn't bring more $$$$

Dogfish Head 120 min. Was just getting in to craft two years ago and saw a single bottle of this for $13 and thought why would anyone spend $13 on one 12 ounce bottle when I can buy 6 other bottles for the same price. Haven't seen it since.
Motto now is just buy the f*cking beer and everything will work out.

Avery Rumpkin...I've always wanted to try it, but when I saw it at a liquor store recently, I came face to face with the reality that I could not rationalize paying $13 for one 12oz beer. They had the PumKYn, too, and I grabbed both of them in excitement, walked around with them for a while, then put them back. Whah-whah.

A beer store clerk once tried to sell me on this, and his description was that it tasted like "a pig's asshole." Really? Think I'll pass...get something that, you know, doesn't taste like asshole.

I can't decide if I'm going to regret not getting goose island pere jacques. The bottle shop by me still has a few 4 packs for like $13. They stopped making it which has made the decision hard. I've had a few of them and enjoyed it but just don't know if I should get another 4 to sit on

Lived in Belgium for six months and spent my time drinking primarily Tripels. Wish I was into sours at the time cause Cantillon was EVERYWHERE.
